Terms and Conditions: 1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular vase arrangements delivered as per your chosen plan and frequency. 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis. All payments are processed in advance of delivery. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call us at 732 917 7077. 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before your next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. Delivery: We deliver Monday through Saturday throughout North and Central New Jersey. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. 6. Service Area: Available throughout North and Central New Jersey. Pickup option available at our Woodbridge studio (353 Fulton Street, Woodbridge, NJ 07095). 7. Vases: Premium vases are provided with each delivery. If you prefer to use your own vases, please notify us when subscribing. 8. Color Preferences: Share your brand color preferences by calling 732 917 7077 or emailing hello@richflorals.com. If no preferences are provided, our studio team will create arrangements with seasonal blooms and our creative choice. 9. Satisfaction Guarantee: Not satisfied with any arrangement?
